A Word of Welcome from The Rector

Our Mission Statement is to help people into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and help them to grow in that relationship. In order to fulfil this aim we are a very active church and offer styles of worship to cover most people’s needs. From very informal Praise and Worship (1^st and 3^rd Sundays at 10-00 am) and the monthly B48 on the Second Sunday at 7-30 pm, to Choral Evensong and Choral Holy Communion at 6-00 pm and on the second and fourth Sundays at 10-00 am. In addition we have a fortnightly 8-00 am Book of Common Prayer Communion service (alternating with St Margaret’s) on the 1^st and 3^rd Sundays. Worship is led by a very active Ministry Team. 

We host weekly Bible Study groups, a Tiddler’s Group (Mums and Toddler’s) and a Friendship Group for senior members. We hold a yearly Alpha Course and weekly Youth Activities led by our full time Young Person’s Worker, Chrissi Thompson. Many of our activities are shared with the local Methodist Church.
